Eligible Countries and Regions:

We currently offer shipping within the continental United States only.

Free Shipping:

All orders qualify for free shipping, including standalone accessory purchases.

Excluded Locations:

Delivery is not available to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, or American Samoa

  • P.O. Boxes, diplomatic addresses, Parcel Lockers, USPS Goposts, Packstations, Post, or Military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 8 business days (includes processing and transit).
Please note that:

  • Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

3. Additional Shipping Charges

While AstroShell provides free shipping on all orders, we reserve the right to apply additional charges under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • When local warehouse inventory is depleted and you request expedited shipping from another location.

  • Significant increases in carrier shipping rates due to international or regional conditions.

  • Deliveries to remote areas, such as mountainous regions or islands.

  • Additional surcharges imposed by carriers for specific destinations.

In such cases, AstroShell will contact you before dispatch.
You will have the option to accept the additional charge or cancel your order without penalty.
No additional fees will ever be charged automatically without your consent.
