Warranty Policy

AstroShell products are built for durability and performance. We stand behind every device with a limited warranty covering material and manufacturing defects under normal use.

1. Warranty Period

  • EU & UK customers: 24 months from the date of delivery

  • All other regions: 12 months from the date of delivery


Batteries, motors, sensors, and core electronics are covered under the same period.


2. Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Performance failures that prevent normal operation under standard usage

If a covered defect arises, AstroShell will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace it with a new or equivalent model, or

  • Provide a refund if replacement is unavailable.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, abrasions, discoloration)

  • Damage from misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Products repaired by non-AstroShell service centers

  • Damage caused by external factors (liquids, extreme temperatures, or improper storage)

  • Consumable parts (e.g., leg straps, belts, protective films, and batteries beyond their natural degradation)

Consumable Components (Not Covered Under Warranty)
Consumable parts that naturally wear out over time are excluded unless defective at the time of delivery.
